Character Biography

Marishka, and her brother Kitan, were the negotiated outcome of an arranged marriage between Orion mother Milla and Klingon father Kron.
Her younger brother Kitan was mainly educated in a Klingon military fashion while Marishka was educated in the ways of the warrior and the woman. At a young age she showed an aptitude for several Klingon weapons and, as she grew, several forms of Orion subterfuge.

When Marishka was twenty four she returned to the Klingon home world for approximately seven weeks. It was there she met Kai. A young handsome member of one of Qo-noS’ families. Their romance was immediate and dizzying. Standing in the great hall of his family home, with many members of both families in attendance, she thought they would take the oath until her eldest step-sister, and Kai’s father, announced the betrothal of Kai to the sister’s youngest daughter. Kai’s father further stated that Marishka was not the type of garbage welcome in such an honorable family. After fleeing in humiliation, Marishka spent some time on Jade then finally left deciding not to fight for Kai.

Marishka never believed in useless hobbies so she found a way to wind them into many aspects of her life. She enjoys making her own perfume, studying weapons ancient and modern, dancing of many varieties, elocution and theater. She also plays the harp, piano, and several types of djembe. Marishka also sings quite well practicing often but performing rarely.
She is known to wear flamboyant and provocative clothing.
Standing 5‘10” with Bronze skin heavily undertoned with green, flowing copper hair, and dark eyes with green sclera. She is also known to change her appearance on a whim.
