Family:
Adopted at birth, by a fairly affluent family in the Houston area that could not have children of their own. His decision to join Starfleet, makes them both proud and heart broken. They understand his decision, but think that he could have repaid society in a safer way.
Talents/Abilities:
A friendly tell me your secrets face. An award winning personality. Rapier wit. The ability to submerge himself in another persona to the point that even people that know him might not question it.
Special Abilities:
Can talk people into doing things that might otherwise be totally out of character. Has a perfect memory. ((similar to the female detective on Unforgettable))
Strengths:
A People Person, very friendly, the kind of guy you tell your life story to over a pint or two, easily slide into social situations and blends in to seem part of what ever in-crowd he wishes to be in at the moment. Can alter his appearance with casual ease has never been attached to a look.
Limitations:
Can become overly focused on the job/mission, and lose sight of the things that need to be handled later.

Poker, Chess, Tactical games, and puzzles of all types.
Dislikes:
Failure, and losing….Can not stand being in the dark about something. Has a need to know things.

Personal History:
Gabe led a fairly normal life, and childhood, going to good schools, and societal functions. He knew he was adopted since he was old enough to understand what it meant. He knew that he did not belong, and became social chameleon early in life, able to blend him into almost any social group with in a matter of minutes. He is a man of a million acquaintances, but few close friends, it is not that he keeps people at bay, often people think they are much closer to him than they really are. Gabe was one of those golden boys in school, good in class, athletic, popular, seemed everything was going to end up roses when he was involved. He was not active in one activity more than any others, though depending on the group you asked he might have seemed very active in quite a few. He found acting to be an easy outlet, and has a performer’s heart, that is part of what makes him good at gathering intelligence for Starfleet. He decided to enter Starfleet, not for the reason that he told his parents, which was he felt a need to give back to the Society that gave him such a good world to live in. He joined Starfleet for the excitement, the wander lust, and he just needed to know what was out there. He has done a wonderful job of continuing his golden boy reputation with in fleet. Moving from assignment to assignment with glowing reports, and citations for his file.

Subject seems well balanced and normal, friendly and affable, definitely future command material. CNS Addendum – Not sure that any information in the eval was deeper than the surface, subject is excellent at changing the direction of the conversation with out letting it be noticed.
