Though his father had hoped his son would become a jazz musician Buddy chose another genre, galactic punk, though I’m not sure whether it is genuine passion or not. Though Buddy is happy and well adjusted, he lacks passion.

CAREER
Buddy was perfectly above average throughout his academic career, neither lagging behind nor standing out. He always did what was expected and not much more. He made good grades and was well liked but was never the star.

Out of the academy, Buddy’s first assignment was as Ensign on the USS Saracen. He performed well and was a completely adequate officer.
