family been in star fleet for so many generations that her granddad said they where in before it was starfleet
Lillian often travel with her mother from assignment to assignment. Her mother was a engineer and her father as security officer.
Her parents served on star ship during the dimenion war Lillian mother had been assigned to ground assignments during the war for repairs, Lillian was in sent away from her family back to her grandparents on earth for safety after the ship they where on exploded and they where really lucky that the CO of that ship stayed on board and coved the escape pods.

Lillian had come to the realisation that she wanted to be join star-fleet later in life she had spent her late teen years a collage/university studying to be a doctor but never practice as a doctor she had here degree but never used it it was after all tho years of study she decided that star fleet was here calling like her family before her how ever she did want to go in to medical she decided to follow her father lead and be come a security officer.
