Nicholas was part of a failed pilot program to use concepts from Borg technology to enhance officers. His eyes were replaced with ocular implants, capable of more than ordinary eyes. His right hand has an implant used for “information extraction.”

Bio:
Born in London, Nicholas aspired to be in Starfleet all his life. At 18, he was accepted to Starfleet Academy. In his 3rd year he was selected for special service in Intelligence. His service record has seen him inserted as undercover agent. He is not in contact with any of his friends or family from before entering Intelligence.

Physical Description:
6’2” tall, a lean sort of muscular that suggests he doesn’t eat as much as he probably should. His hair is dark, somewhere between brown and black. His eyes… vary. Usually on a cool ocean blue, the ocular implants can shift iris colors, and he uses this for disguise purposes frequently.
