Closing Remarks

This month had a few more bumps for the month of October. In part, that’s due to not everyone following up on their assigned responsibilities in the department, such that when one or two key PDept members become temporarily unavailable, things seem to stop working. I had thought I had made sufficient plans to avoid this problem from coming up this term, but clearly something didn’t work. The result is a higher average processing time for the month of October (although this had nothing to do with the over 72 hour processing time for one application - that is explained in the comments in that part of this month’s report), and a lack of MOTD updates this month. I plan on addressing this issue in November.
