Russell Watt has unfortunately needed to resign from his position as CO of the Constellation. Without Russ undoubtedly the nasal health on the Connie will be in danger.

But behold! I bring you good tidings of great joy. At least it brings me great joy. Based upon the recommendation of the Infinite Fleet Commander, Louis Harvatt is promoted to the rank of Captain and assigned to the position of Commanding Officer of the USS Constellation. Congrats Louis!

For those scoring at home, we’re currently at 17% of the edicts this term containing the phrase “nasal health.” What can I say? It’s important!
