On the ship, a sabateur has disabled the impulse engines and they crew has discovered an alien device that has injured some members of the crew.

What’s going to happen? Who is this human and how did he get way out here, on a planet deviod of technology? Who is the Saboteur and what do they want? We march towards the conclusion.

FComm’s Comments: A good month overall for the Genesis. I loved reading some of the side sims. Keep up the good work all.

USS Merrimack

FComm’s Comments: A little slower month for the Merrimack, but I’m not concerned. I have seen some AWOLS but, I am not worried about it. She has a health and active crew. They do need a CMO Reach out to David if you are interested.

Oed V

FComm’s Comments: I love reading every single post on the OED V. There are a few AWOLS but I am not worried at this point. Keep up the good work.

USS Olympic

Commanding Officer: Christopher Bennett

Crew Posting Level: 5
Senior Staff Posting Level: 5
Overall Ship Health: 5

Ship Status: Very slow month for the Olympic, Mainly my fault. It has gotten really busy at work and with my schedule I am not always able to post as frequently as I want to. However, Sam is doing an outstanding job keeping the sim going, I am looking forward to it’s conclusion.

Spotlight: Sam, our GMT for keeping the sim going. Keep up the good work.

Vacancies: CSO and JO in all departments.

USS Wolverine

Commanding Officer: No report submitted

Executive Officer: No report submitted

Gamemaster: No report submitted

FComm’s Comments: A good, but slower month for the Wolverine. Posting has been slow, but the main sim is moving along nicely and seems to be wrapping up. I am sure posting will increase next month.

FCOMM’s Fleet Comments: I am not happy to see the lack of ship reports this month. I will have to bring out my big stick next month, lol. Overall not a bad month for the fleet. Almost all ships are in desperate need of Officers, Junior officers and otherwise. We could use some fresh blood on all ships.

The cutoff date for reporting periods is on the 25th of each month. If you tried to prepare the Fleet Report after the 25th of October, then it will only show you submitted reports for October.

Joe

I was going to say there was something up because I did report sometime around the 5th.

Sidney

I was wondering why no one had submitted. Anyway I can get the September reports and reset Octobers?

-Christopher

The system was not designed to generate late Fleet reports or to accept late ship reports. Getting the September reports will therefore require diving in the database to get each single one out by hand, and then you will have to manually create the Fleet report from those. That “diving in the database” step is, at least for us on TECH, an extremely tedious and potentially error prone activity that I don’t want us to start doing on a regular basis. So… No, for the September reports.

I might be able to reset October for you. I’ll need to test that locally before knowing for certain.

Joe

If you can do that, I’d greatly appreciate that. I’d like to correct my mistake if I can.

Christopher
