FComm’s Comments: So based on the criteria I explained above, the USS Ogawa with a crew of 27 people had 178 posts for the month of October. Seeing as the Ogawa is a special ship, and has a 5/5/5 posting schedule, this means that every member of the crew needs to be hitting 8 posts per month in order to stay healthy. This means to hit their target for a crew of that size they need to post 216 times total in order to reflect everyone equally as expected for their character and be compared equally against the rest of the ships in the fleet.

Actually, no, there are 30 days in a month, and 30/5 = 6, so that means each person needs to do a minimum of 6 posts per month, not 8. Therefore, the correct value for comparison is 162 posts in a month, not 216, so the actual percentage is 109.87%, not eighty whatever.

If you’re going to contrive an elaborate new quantitative method to make one specific ship in your Fleet look bad because its Captain quit your ship today, you should at least get the math right. It’ll be easier to hoodwink people who aren’t paying attention if you don’t give the evil pedantic political inner circle of hell people who exist to ruin your fun such as myself something to pick away at.
