Sorry, this is going to be a bit of a rant. I am at my wits end so please understand that this is a blanket statement and not meant for anyone person.
To STF- Please understand during this crazy time that I may not always be available to post on a daily basis. I am considered essential personnel and as such I still have to fulfill all of my duties, including dealing with a crisis. As many of you know, I am a caseworker in child welfare, of the 12 children on my caseload, 7 of them have significant special needs and they do not understand why they are not able to go to school, go outside and play and do everything that their normal day consists of and this has resulted in significant behaviors that have required me to either be in person at the home or at the hospital, providing the support that these children need. So if my posting is delayed, I apologize. But in my world, my kids are more important than any game. If you have concerns about this please send me an email or a private message and we can discuss further. This also means that I may be a bit more short tempered than I usually am. So if I snap at you, I’m sorry. All I ask is that you each take a moment to understand the level of stress that this pandemic has caused, is significant and the not knowing if someone that I have to go see has been exposed or not and worrying about if I am going to bring this home to my family. Please be patient with me and the other essential people as we navigate these rough waters and hopefully it will be over sooner rather than later so we can all get on with our lives.
