Voting will be open until Wednesday 17th February 2021 at 00:00 GMT (19:00 EST, 16:00 Pacific, 18:00 Central, 17:00 MT, 20:00 CAT, 00:00 WET, 01:00 CET, 02:00 EET, 08:00 AWST, 09:30 ACST, 10:00 AEST, 13:00, NZST)
In order to vote, you must meet two requirements:
1) You must hold a member rank of Fleet Captain or higher
2) You must meet the definition of an active member in the MOO bylaw.
If you believe you meet the above requirements but you cannot access the ballot, please contact me.
