FLEET COMMANDER (FComm)

Job Description

  • Ensures all of the ships in the fleet have an appropriate environment by meeting FCOMM requirements, having an appropriate minimum posting speed, and maintaining an updated ship profile, vacancies list, and MOTD.
  • Reviews posts on all of the ships in the fleet to ensure TOS compliance and to anticipate any potential conflict.
  • Represents the needs of their fleet and ships in larger club policy discussions in both Command and Discord.
  • Mentors and supports fleet COs in the day-to-day running of their ships.
  • Submits timely and informative feedback regarding the ships in the fleet on a monthly basis, including specific and achievable goals for ships not currently maintaining the required baseline per FCOMM.

  • Must be a current or previous CO.

DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR (QDir - EDir, GMDir, PDir, ACmdt)

Job Description

  • Leads the department function as outlined by the relevant bylaw.
  • Provides a clear picture of department goals for the term, whether via the department MOTD, a shared document, or a designated post.
  • Submits timely and informative monthly reports regarding the status of department action items and any additional relevant statistics.
