For the initial 90 day review, character ranks will not count toward OOC ranks, therefore, no rank promotions will be applicable to member rank. Following the 90 day review, character ranks on the Leviathan will count toward member rank the same as on Standard Ships.

Concerns were previously expressed that this ship might possibly circumvent a requirement in the FCOMM bylaw. This addition seems to be a response to those concerns, but not a response that actually would meet the requirement in the FCOMM bylaw.
Are we going to follow the FCOMM bylaw or not? If we are, personally I’d rather see anyone who’s getting promoted have it count immediately. And if we’re not then we best discuss if we want to change the bylaw.
