I believe this will be my final question (unless you say something that sparks an idea):I have been with the club, off and on, for some time now; during my time it has been my experience that the same people seem to serve in the cabinet.
So, my question is very basic:
1) How do you plan to ensure that a variety of people are allowed to serve in the club’s government?
Please consider the question by asking yourselves, how can I reach those that wish to serve but have not been chosen?

Timothy, I have had a very similar experience. That is actually one of the reasons I want to be a part of the next Administration, to try and bring in the perspective of someone who has not been a part of the Administration before. I think doing so may help encourage others, particularly the less tenured members, to submit and discuss their ideas on how to help grow the club.
As far as how David and I plan on reaching that wish to serve but haven’t been chosen, well, that takes conversations with individuals we feel would be qualified to hold particular posts. This is where engagement with members outside of the RP environment is key. Getting to know people, speaking with them, learning who they are as people outside of their characters… all of these play into who David and I would approach to fill the open positions within the Administration. And part of that responsibility also falls on the members you reference. They need to make their desire to serve and put in the extra work known. As the vast majority of the club interacts in text format, clear and concise communication in that area is key. In short, if someone wants to help, they need to step up and say “I want to help. What can I do?”. That is the route I have personally found to be the most effective way of becoming engaged.
