Due to sudden health concerns for Jennifer the Ward/Richards ticket hereby removes themselves from this presidential race. We want to send a heartfelt thank you to the other candidates that although our race was short, we are very thankful that our first foray into STF politics was a friendly, open, and honest election between all of us. We appreciate the concern voiced by all and are thankful that everyone was built up during during the campaign. The compassion and caring the other candidates have shown means a great deal and that beyond the election and politics, they remembered that we’re all human, and that while an opponent might not be continuing onward which grants an immediate advantage, the end result of 6 people coming together for the common good of the club ends with our respect and gratitude towards all involved.

Please again let me offer best wishes for a swift and full recovery from Dan and I. First and foremost we are friends and fellow players, and we look forward to seeing Jennifer join us in sims soon.

I think I speak for everyone in the club when I extend our thoughts and best wishes to Jenn in finding a resolution to her health concerns. I hope that we’ll see a return of your ticket and all of the enthusiasm and new ideas it has next election.

P.S. For the record, I have asked Brian if he’d like to determine a new running mate and he declined.
