Many years ago, I began working on a new species of sentient ostriches/emus. It was reviewed back then - Larry was archivist, Krys was GM Dir and the two of them, as well as Amanda Noon provided fees back. I have been working on the species on and off over the years and it is almost time for it to be returned for another round. Is the process still that the author posts it, or does it need to be reviewed by the GM Department staff first now? And would it be best to wait until after the election y’all involved in is finished?

I found the answer to the first question in one of the latter GMD mandates. Amazing what happens when I loom. LOL

I remember you working on that species!

Things have changed a bit since that mandate was created. Larry was the Archivist for the RM. After he left, the GMDir took over its management (along with the GM Archive). While we have an Archivist now (Christopher), this is a GMD training role and he has no authority to pass anything. So, I would say, send it my way and I’ll post it for discussion just like the EDept does with specs. No need to wait. And I’ll probably have to look at updating that Mandate soon as well.
