Hello folks!
Lindsey and I discussed ancillary materials for GMs and how we could make a resource for GMs as they, you know, GM. These are the sorts of resources that are more about tips and tricks to help get better sims or to stimulate different approaches to get sims moving. These are not the sorts of materials that would be directly covered in the exam.
We were thinking this would be the crowd sourced resource section that had articles either written by our own GMs or outside interest pieces, subject to the STF good taste policies. Tools and tips on everything and anything that would make us the best of the best.
One of the main drivers is that we have seen a lot of people want to include lots of good things into the Exam, and while we believe this feedback is useful, and the material valuable, we need to balance that against making the GM exam approachable.
Does this sound like a good idea? Is this something people would use and be willing to contribute to?
