The USS Manhattan, our club’s only Delta Quadrant-based ship, is in need of a new GM to help us explore this wide-open region filled with countless opportunities and possibilities.

The Manhattan is a Heavy Science Research vessel, and has a full crew compliment. We are currently docked at the Event Horizon Station and are eager to get out and running. Please contact me with any questions or inquiries you may have.

Since when could ships assign themselves outside of their Fleet’s AO?

I’ve seen it done fairly often. Alternate universe, spatial schism, wormhole, time travel. It’s a useful plot device. Also a nice bit of fleet history to inspire other ships in the fleet. Cameo role from the FComm assigning ships to search for the missing Manhattan.
