One of science fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke’s ‘laws’ states: Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
Write a 250 word story about where an ensign or cadet (or someone else of your choosing) demonstrates this on an away mission.
Need a further prompt? Make it so that the away mission involves a more advanced species and the ensign or cadet thinks it’s magic.
