XO Position

My XO needs to resign and I need to open up applications for the spot on the USS Chernov. I’m an experienced player but not an experienced Captain. I’m willing to give anyone a shot as long as they post often and don’t go AWOL. I don’t know how to go about this do I posted here.

Oh and we need JO’s in all departments.

Hi Travis,

You’re free to post vacancies on the PDept board, but you can now update your ship vacancies yourself from your ship’s admin menu, and it will automatically update your ship’s profile. That would be my recommendation, especially for your JO vacancies.

XO vacancies are a bit harder to fill - you should talk to your FComm, and maybe consider having your FComm post a news item if you are having trouble. I would also check out the graduates of the XO course (the list is accessed from the Academy’s MOTD).
