TECH Policy - Uploads v1
TECH has the final say on all content uploaded to the STF server, with no exceptions.
MOTD images may be uploaded through the image upload utility. If there is a problem with this tool, TECH may be contacted to assist in the upload.
While images may be uploaded to MOTDs, audio and video is not allowed on MOTDs. There are no exceptions to this rule.
