When Kalitta arrived in sickbay she noticed that all of her staff were busy prepping for any wounded. However she did not see Trax in sickbay.=/\= Kalitta to Ensign Trax. Please report to sickbay immediatly. We have wounded coming in.=/\=
Kalitta then went to her desk and turned on the computer display to check on the progress of what was going on.
Just then a nurse came to Kalitta. “Doctor, what kind of injuries are we expected to see?” Kalitta looked up from her monitor. “I expect to see burns, lacerations, and broken bones. We should also prep for radiation sickness and radiation burns. We don’t know how the damaged Yelk ships will have an effect on the occupants.”

=^= AyeSIr!=^= Trax commented quickly as he moved from the medical labs as he was finishing off cleaning in there again. Moments later he came out of the labs and moved closer to the doctor’s office. ” I am as ordered. Sir!”

“Trax, good. We have likely wounded coming in from both of the Yelk ships. They suffered major damage on their maiden voyage. The captain is currently taking us closer to beam over any wounded and ascertain the extent of the damage. We need to be sure we are completely prepped for any injuries coming our way.”
Kalitta stood up from her desk and made her way to a bio bed and checked over the supply cabinet near the bed. “I am expecting burns, lacerations, broken bones, and even radiation poising or radiation burns. I need you to over see the supplies until we get our first patient. I will be synthesizing radiation neutralants.” Kalitta closed the cabinet then made her way to the medication synthesizing station.
Kalitta pulled out her tricorder and brought up the bio information for the Yellek people and began to create a formula that will be best suited for their unique physiology. It was relatively simple because they were closely related to humans, but then again so were apes on earth.

“Do we know the number of injured? Do we need to set up extra triage centers? I am sure we will be ready for any eventuality.” Trax commented as he made sure all the areas in main sickbay was ready for anything. He would have the backupsickbay and other areas ready just in case.

Kalitta picked up a vile with a bio neutral solution in it and put it in the synthesizer. She looked back toward Trax. “The craft were fairly small from what I can gather. They can’t be much larger than a shuttle. I’m not expecting any more than a dozen. As for the extra triage centres I don’t think it will be nessary. Not at this time anyhow. She muttered under hear breadth. “You are right. We are more than ready, it’s just been a while since we have had much more than regular checkups or twisted ankles. I just want to make sure we are all set.”
The synthesizer beeped indicating that the solution was ready. She took the vile out of the machine and placed it in the standing rack. Only a couple dozen more to go.

“Aye sir!” As he left the cmo to her work. As he left to finish hs before the arrivals.

OOC: Actually a note for the cmo if you check the bridge thread I do note how many injured of various types you can expect! :) if you wanted to be more exact I mean

OOC: I remember reading the thread, I just didn’t remember that you posted the amount injured. I stand Corrected. 15 injured on the port side vessel and an undetermined amount of injured on the starboard side, though there is 10 life signs.
