=/\= This is Fleet Captain Drudoc Andone of the United Federation of planets starship USS Ark Angel we were in this area of space on mission of peaceful exploration when we picked up your distress signal can be we of assistance?=/\= She said.
After a moment the left ship responded on a crackled channel. =/\= This is engineer Mason Gerald by the Shells above I dont know who you are but if you’re friendly and able to help us please do so. I got only two engineers over here able to keep this engine from going u----=/\= Then there was a sound of crackling and the line burst with static. =/\= By the shores, Captain I cant stand here and talk they need me, help us please! =/\= He said then cut off the line to probably go do something important then talk to aliens he probably was too shocked to fully comprehend with.
Turning Drudoc said.Lieutenant Emmitt take an engineering team to the left ship with Lieutenant Ashur and Lieutenant Trainor and Sadie secure the right hand ship and stabilize both ship’s warp reactions or eject their cores if you need too then get the injured to evac to the Angel for treatment. Commander Kalitta get your staff ready to accept the wounded..” She ordered.
“Understood Captain. Hopefully we can refine their anti-matter reactions, but without the use of a dilethium matrix ..” He trailed off. It was clear he was doubtful that they’d be able to contain the reaction. He coughed slightly to clear his throat. “We’ll eject their core as a last resort, but leaving enough time to vacate the area.”
”..Questions? If not lets move it out folks..” She said.
“No questions captain.” Tiglath replied, He then turned his station over to an NE then headed towards the Turbolift. He tuned to Chris as he walked.
“Lets meet in Transporter room 2.” he suggested.
Chris nodded. “Sounds good, I’ll round up a few Engineers and be there soon.”
“Unless you need me, sir, I’m going to assist Doctor Kalitta in Sickbay with the incoming injured.” Delarosa piped up, knowing a counselor would be of better use with those in distress, rather than standing about a bridge, waiting for orders.
Myrok came in ” how can I be of assistance”
Jasmijn glanced up from where she was standing, noticing the Vulcan Ensign. “You can man the science station and keep continuous scans on both ships in case of any abrupt changes.” She suggested, glancing at the Captain, in case she had any other ideas.
As he headed towards the turbolift, a thought occurred to him. With him joining the away team, the new security ensign could learn alot by taking over tactical and security on the bridge.

Hill was on patrol when the call came through he tapped his badge. =/\= Aye, sir on my way.=/\=
Hill didn’t cross paths with Ashur on his way to the bridge. Once at the bridge he made his way over to the tactical station. “Tactical/Security reporting for duty sir.”
Just then a call came in from sickbay.
=/\= Captain, all injured are currently stable, however, two remain in critical condition. You’ll want to come down and introduce yourself to the leader. =/\=
=/\= I’ll be down in a moment Lieutenant Commander =/\= The Fleet Captain said.
Turning to the XO she said, “..Exec, keep an eye on scans for those two ships, I want transporter locks on our crew and as many of the Yellek crews we can get if their cores breach.” she said.
“Aye, Captain.” DeVries answered, heading over to an adjacent operations station to set up a transporter lock on each of the away team members.
Turning to Hill she said, “Ensign, run a information gathering scan on the Yellek ships, composition, system properties, the works. This will be our first chance to fully analyze their capabilities and further understand their construction methods..” She said. “..Questions?” she asked.
Once any questions were answered she entered the turbolift heading to sickbay.
Drudoc Andone CO
“Right away, Sir.” He looked down at his console, he was glad to see it was virtually the same as the consoles at the academy. His fingers moved without thinking muscle memory at its very best. He ordered the scans in the order the captain asked for. No point in confusing things at this moment in time.
Hill, Sec
Once the locks were in place, Jasmijn shifted gears to keep an eye on the internal scans of the two Yellek ships. Briefly, she glanced over at Hill to see how he was doing. “How are those scans, Hill?” She asked. Meanwhile, she watched the scans from the corner of her eye.
