Trax felt a change in the room as he stood and heard the comments even when they did not expect him too. “Lt Starr before you decide one way or another about Ensign Greene here. I want it noted that I don’t feel any ill intent from her at all.” Trax commented to the officers. “It could be maybe a ruse to make her the scapegoat. As the CMO disappears? She gets the blame and the Orion syndicate gets away smelling like roses.” Trax commented sincerely to them both.

Ranlei just kept disassembling the thing being careful not to set off any devices that would wipe it’s memory or otherwise cause it to render itself inert. Greene is technically my last name. But it was not the family name of anyone on the station It was and is a cruel joke that I resent deeply.”,

Micro circuitry and possible nanotech. with a camera and receiver to record information along with sensors. A mirco fusion power source and minor shielding. Here lately there being used by (open) mercenaries and some have been known to be Orion Syndicate spying and possible retrieval devices as well. with micro transporter tagging as well.

Simon looked over everything and asked “Could we tell from the recordings when it was placed, and if they were… clumsy enough to get caught by the own camera,” Simon asked Ranlei. “Think we could hack into this thing, Ensign?” he asked looking towards Ranlei as he did so with a look of concern. “And of course we didn’t forget. Both of you have had some interesting experiences recently, but at this time, I have no evidence to suggest the two events are linked,” he said.

After looking for and disabling any transmitter, any secondary transmitter, sound or visual and holographic recorders. Ranlei dug deeper into the device.
