The ship went tumbling the helm NE struggling to orient the ship as red alert klaxons blared. “..Red Alert! All hands battle stations..” Drudoc said stiffly rising from the floor where her own tumble had seen her hit her head on the side of her chair. Thankfully the padding of foam there had kept her from being too badly injured. But no sooner had she said so then they had yet another problem coming on board, namely in this case 12 beefy Orion males, a masked human and much likely to Miz’uki’s alarm two Xindi insectoids both flanking her currently, and armed with disruptor rifles had beamed in and quickly trained their weapons on all present. The whole boarding process and attack had been quick, surgical and deadly efficient, clearly their venting had come just seconds before the actual attack would have begun anyhow.

“Any moves by you or your crew Romulan would be unwise..” A male voice from behind a armored mask said, this one was a bit smaller then the Orion males likely a human.

Drudoc took stock of the situation, she saw by a flood of reports this wasn’t the only spot they were boarding, other decks were calling in intruder alerts and already small firefights had broken out around the ship. Seeing Drudoc saw this the man spoke, “..We got no desire to cause more harm then needed, order your crew to case resistance or things will be most painful for you..” he said.

”..What assurances do I have you wont harm my crew if I do?” She said.

”..We’re here for only one thing, we get that thing and we leave. No more no less, you got my word..” He said, and for Starr he might get a nagging suspicion he might recognize that voice muffled as it was.

Standing slowly ever fiber of Drudoc’s being told her to fight, to resist, but many of the beaming ins had been near the civilian areas of the ship, likely a plan for hostages if needed. Gritting her teeth Drudoc slowly but pointedly tapped her Comm badge. =/\= All hands this is the Captain, cease resistance to invading forces, stand down…=/\= She said.

“Ugh Captain, I was starting to gave fun!” Guy said jokily “anyway, these Orions, are some interesting guys, I shall say?” He commented looking at those disruptors in their hands.

”..You made a wise order Captain. I do dislike taking hostages or shooting up ships when I don’t need too. Now everyone into the center of the bridge now!” He said. Drudoc gave a look to the crew to just play along for now.

At rifle point the bridge crew one by one got herded into the center of the bridge. Miz’uki got a bit of a slimy insectoid hand shoving her bodily to get her moving. Once they were all secured the masked man reached up to remove his mask. Starr to his possible surprise would recognize him as his lost brother.

Arthur had half a mind to resist, he had his knife, he could do something but, he preferred living over death, so he quietly sank down to the floor, sitting so as to avoid any disruptor fire at chest height.

Arthur Jones, Son of Ruk

Simon looked directly at the figure. The voice bothering him, he couldn’t place it but he knew he had heard it before. Something was telling him that. He looked straight at the figure and asked “You know, if you tell us what your looking for, we might be able to help you,” the southern British accent unmistakable, as he slowly moved toward the center of the bridge, but keeping his contact on the masked figure.

The figure just looked at Starr “..We are here for one thing only, once we got that we leave, and we won’t be needing your help..” The man said.

Miz’uki would have been as white as a sheet of paper if she had not covered in fur, when she saw what came up on the screen. “Ohhhh Shi....” she started to say, however, the Caitian was cut off just as the first shots landed, and she was thrown From her station over the rail and into the space between the rails and the Second Mission Specialists seat. She started to pull herself out of the small space, right as the Orions, the human, and to her horror the Insectoids beamed in. She froze in sheer panic, her heart started to beat faster, she felt the crawling sensation under her skin, and fur. She began to shake, as her chest tightened, and she began to have a full anxiety attack. Which only got worse, when one approached her reaching to pull her to the center of the bridge, She screamed and shrank down back in the corner as far as she could. “GET AWAY FROM ME, GET AWAY!!!” She shrieked, swiping ineffectually at the walking nightmare fuel before her.

Miz’uki

“Mrs. Miz’uki, calm down and take heavy and long breaths.” He shouted loud and tried to reach the scared officer to calm her down “you know, these insects are more afraid than you are!” He took Miz’uki’s arm and helped her to get up.

“Unless you want them to shoot, I’d suggest quieting down some.” Tenzing whispered to Miz’uki as they made their way to the center of the Bridge.

Trainor Ops

Guy patted Miz’uki’s back and followed Trainor to the bridge’s center. When he was far enough and cuddling the scared officer (almost seeming not the usual Guy he was) he looked at the innocent but gross insects and made a face that even for Freeman was certainly weird: disgust. “Well, now that I look them better, yeah they might be scary and freaking ugly. No offense for the insects here present.” He said “so what do you want, group of imbeciles?” He referred to the Orions.

Lieutenant Freeman, Guy - Chief Counselor Officer

With the group now in the center of the bridge, the figure seemed satisfied with the bridge crew contained. “..So good of you all to follow along to my orders. As I said I do hate taking hostages, much less dirtying my hands personally over matters like this but a contract is a contract..” he said. Looking then to Guy he said, “..We are here because one of your crew has a price on their head, a very high price in fact. We’re here to collect, it’s just business you understand..” he explained.

Drudoc spoke, “..You are attacking and kidnapping a Starfleet ship and crew member! You surely know this won’t stand!”

”..Of course not my dear Romulan. We fully expect you or someone in Starfleet to mount one of your heroic rescue missions! But that will be to rescue your lost member, at which point me and my crew will be long gone and secure from your reach..” He said glancing at Starr again.

It was at this point a chirp came from a comm badge for the leader. =/\= We’ve secured the target, and are ready for beam out....=/\= the gruff male voice said.

=/\= Excellent, proceed as planned I will finish up loose ends here. =/\= he said.

Simon looked directly at the masked figure, trying to work him out. Something about the voice. “Is that really what you want, to be out of reach? Anybody that you want to know that?” he asked, glancing directly back. Simon made it obvious in the way he spoke that the voice was familiar, in some way, especially to the masked figure himself. He looked into the mask for a moment, almost like trying to get a read on the figure. And testing the waters. It was a look Simon was all too familiar with receiving from his father. A look that questioned his decisions, a look that showed concern and worry about the outcome of the path he was on, and one he learned as a warning sign. Whenever Simon was about to do something stupid, the look he was now giving the figure was what he would recieve. He knew he wasn’t the only one to recieve what he and his brother jokingly called ‘the look’. He waited to see how the figure reacted.
