Since Starr took the time to grab his phaser meant he was armed as the last of the intruders including the masked figure began to be beamed away. His attempt to grapple succeeded but in the opposite way he probably expected as he too got beamed away by the retreating intruders.

It was right then a message was received, =^= Ensign Bennet to bridge. We had intruders. They took a child hostage. But released her. Everyone is ok here. They just beamed out after claiming they took Doctor Suder.=^=, Catt’s voice sounded shaken but the tone was soft and soothing in a I don’t want to alarm someone tone.

On screen the Orion wanderer’s cloaked again and a brief flash of the ship’s going to warp was picked up before it faded away.

Drudoc moved quickly as the last of the intruders left. =/\= Understood Ensign, our intruders up here also just left, secure all stations and return to your posts. =/\= She said.

Switching channels and also addressing the bridge crew, as she found internals scans showed they were free of the intruders, =/\= Attention all hands secure all stations and send any damage reports to the bridge in two minutes. All departments I want a full assessment report in that same time on ship status. =/\= She said. Anger was clear on her features that someone had so easily boarded her ship and then gotten away with one....well technically two of her crew. The fact then they knew and expected them to follow was no doubt meaning they would walk into a trap once they would get clues on where they enemy had gone.

Turning to Lt Jones, “..Get me a full internal security scan double check that we’re free of enemy boarders. Then once we’re cleared begin a scan to pursue those Wanderers. They often use second hand cloaking devices try scanning along a low band EM range for stellar dust distributed by passing plasma emissions..” She said.

“Yes sir. We’ll get the cowards.” Arthus said in almost a growl

Turning then to Lt Froge, “..Get me a full scan of the region they cant expect to drop off such ‘hot’ cargo like a Starfleet officer within Federation space, so they must have a hidden base of operations or ship to ship meeting point somewhere nearby..” She said.

“Aye, Captain, came the reply” as Lt. Frogue started his scans. The computer would begin to follow the orders of Lt. Frogue as he followed his orders.

Turning then to Miz’uki, “..Get me a full status of all ship systems and then run a full diagnostics. I wouldnt put it pass them to have performed some kind of sabotage to slow us down from pursuit.” She said.

Finally turning to Trainor. “..Open a channel to Starbase 243, priority one. I need to speak to the base Commodore ASAP..” She said.

“Ma’am?” Guy called the Captain “I bet you not to ask Mrs. Miz’uki some work. She is actually mentally stressed. May I ask the approval to get her into sickbay while I check her.” He said.

Catt’s turbolift arrived just as Miz’uki was waiting to board hers. She stood face to face with the other Caitan and couldn’t avoid noticing Miz’uki’s distress. After a year in the Cait system Catt knew that her responce should be to hug and comfort Miz’uki. But she couldn’t do it. Her distrust of her owni species was to strong. So she carefully maneuvered past the Chief Engineer with Tel’eck a step in front. She felt awful about how she treated the CE, which combined with how akward she felt about bringing the Captain’s daughter to see the Captain at this time. But she felt both Tel’eck and the Captain would be releaved to know the other is safe.

Drudoc looked up as Tel’eck shyly came onto the bridge. “..Tel’eck is everything ok?” She asked. Trying mostly successfully to keep her usual duty bound mask in place and not let her parental side slip to the forefront while on duty.

”..I’m ok Mom, just one of the intruders tried to um....use me as leverage to find Mr Suder. But he wasn’t in 17/18 Forward at the time and when they left they left me behind..” Tel’eck explained.

Drudoc nodded, kneeling to give a brief reassuring hug. “..I’m glad to hear that, and don’t worry we’re going to get Mr Suder back as soon as we can..” she said. “..For now I need you to return to our quarters and stay there unless we got to yellow alert then you go to the nearest shelter ok?” she said.

Tel’eck nodded. “..Yeah Mom. I got it.” Turning then to Catt she said with a smile a bit. “..Thanks for bringing me up here Ms Catt, see you later!” She said dashing back off to the turbolift.

Miz’uki shook her head but before she could say anything she felt a new sensation wash over her she jumped up and raced over to the Briefing room and more importantly the Bathroom that was built into that part of deck 1 anyone nearby the Briefing room would be able to hear some very…unpleasant noises as the fear and adrenaline had caused her to lose her lunch however after a few moments she came stumbling back out “No..I…Will be fine…status of ship systems and diagnostics…I’m…on it…” she gasped stumbling back towards her console

Miz’uki’s system checks came came back with an error in the plasma flow regulator in the warp drive, two of them had been removed and stolen. While they could be replaced it would take about an hour or so.

For Frogue’s scans nothing immediately came back as a possible target, there were two systems near by both with class M moons but neither one stood out as the likely target yet.

“S…sorry captain But it will be about an hour or so before we can go to warp…they have stolen two of our plasma flow regulators I will get a team on it right away I will be down in Engineering.” she said getting up she was starting to feel better but still clearly haunted from what she encountered still she headed to the Turbolift to go down to engineering

Catt watched Tel’eck go releasing the girls hand as she did so she gave a small wave to the girl then turned back to the main veiwer. “If we can lock onto a ion trail we could set a probe to track them.” she suggested in Lt Frogues direction then moved over to join him .
