The ready room like much of the Mythology class Ark Angel was plush and open. Things of note was an exotic looking shrine of sorts in one corner which looked almost religious in nature of some Romulan faith of their culture or belief. Another wall held a rack of models of past ships the Fleet Captain Andone had served upon. The most recent in the line was of course the Mythology class Ark Angel from 2390-present, followed then by a Mjolnir class dreadnought Ark Angel from 2387-2390, with a Maverick class dreadnought USS Rogue being next from 2382-2385, before lastly a small Romulan scout ship called the Be’chet being the last from 2373-2378. The last thing of note was a large piranha like Romulan fish swimming in a fish tank to her right its sharp teeth and eagerness to rend flesh evident.
Something which the Captain seemed to soothe the fish beast by trickling in bits of fresh meat into the water which it snapped up eagerly swimming around. “..Dont mind, Betu, it was his feeding time..” Drudoc said. “..Come in Ensign take a seat, can I offer you a drink?” she asked.

Kala did as ordered taking in her surroundings in one quick glance, the room was every bit to Kala as Romulan was with its trophies and weird fish thing. At least it had character she had thought. Moving to take an empty seat opposite the Captains desk she thought about the question before saying “I wouldn’t mind a lemon tonic and water please.” Sitting with her arms resting on her lap she waited for the Captain to return.

Drudoc ordered the requested drink and offered it over. Taking her seat, she clasped her hands before her on the table top. “..So Ensign what brings you out to the frontier? Usually most freshly graduated cadets I have met prefer staying on the interior of Federation space to get their feet wet..” She asked.
