Trax went back to work in the lab to cultivate so moss he was growing. He started thinking again about the way his mother treated him and the banishment. He finished his job the as he started shaking again of the loss of family and homeworks as he exited the lab. “Nurse Hulahan can you clean up the odd items in the lab please.” Trax said with a faultering voice. “Of course Doctor … Are you okay Doctor ? ” Nurse Hulahan asked him quickly. “I am ok nurse just dealing with exile.” Trax commented calmly to her. “If you wish to talk? Let me know I am here for you if you need anything.” Nurse Hulahan commented with sincerity and concern. “Thank you nurse Hulahan I will remember that. ” Trax said with a faultering smile. A he went into his office. As nurse Hulahan went to do what she was asked to do in the lab. To give time for the doctor to unwind and refocus.Lt. Trax Suder - CMO
Trax took a seat as he listened to the lightly playing music in the background in the office as he took the pitcher sitting there that was filled with sweet iced tea with lemon. As he poured a glass to drink as he tried to keep the depressing thoughts away as he caught up the odd paperwork and then deal with new assignments and lab reports and other experiments that were done and completed in the lab that day. Trax sighed hard before he took a drink of the beverage as letting the flavors of the tea and aroma have him slip out of reality for a moment as he closed his eyes as he placed the glass down on the desk with a thud. He was lost in the thoughts of the crew their feelings of a jumble from love to understanding and contentment of the new assignment. It was nice to feel such a comforting thought. as he reeled himself back in with another sigh as he opened his eyes and took another drink as he grabbed all the pads that were piled on his desk that were done. as he brought them out to the nurse for filing. He looked at Nurse Hulahan briefly and “Thank you for being so diligent with your work and chores. You’re a very effective and proficient nurse.” Trax commented with a small smile. as he went back to the lab and did his rounds around medical to make sure all was done and ready for anything. As he moved back to his office after he was finished. He sent a note to the Captain letting her know and the first officer or executive officer. That all was well down there and ready for the mission at hand. As he took a seat on the couch in the office and did some more research on items that came in from the Starfleet Medical Division on new treatments and other advancements along with anything on new plagues and or cures that came to light while they were out on the fringe.
