OOC: I know our (I and Eve) thread hasn’t finished, but this is just to start the new one or I perhaps forget :) For the rest, to everyone interested, you’re invited to partecipate! Romulan Ale and Chinotto appreciated ;)Freeman, Guy. Rank Lieutenant, role Chief Counseling Officer… particularly grumpy and weird man. Never this individual was going to be a surprise to the whole crew, but a miracle has happened aboard the Ark Angel. Indeed, that day Guy was to give a party on Holodeck 1 and the invitees were not just him and Eve, but particularly some of the crew.
“What?” Someone among the JOs were chitchatting among the bulkheads “What the hell is happening to him?” Nothing! Nothing in particular, if not that he was starting to change for various reasons, one of which was indeed Eve.20:28, Shipboard time
“I hate this idea, why the hell I proposed it to the Synth?” He questioned while waiting for everyone to arrive “Well… I will just pray for some god.”
The place? The Netherlands plains, under the shadow of a tree, the BBQ grill was set and plenty of chairs and a large wooden table was already deployed amid the deck.

Kala had been positively buzzing with excitement when the invitation had been sent out for the BBQ party, and who to send them? Guy! of course! Kala was proud of her new friend, one because it meant that somewhere between their counseling session, their conversations and science experiments he was starting to explore outside of his comfort zone and two because BBQs were awesome! She had decided to dress for the occasion with her hair in a double dutch braid which she had tied off round the back of her head and entwined with beautiful pink flowers which had been no short feat of amazing when doing it alone (ok so maybe she did get some help). She was also dressed in a flowing summer dress, purple in color, and imprinted with flowers the dress exploding some of her trill spots.
Stepping up to the holodeck door she didn’t hesitate as she pressed the console to let her in and as she stepped through the threshold was greeted by the warmth of the Netherlands plains, in front of her a BBQ under a tree and next to that Guy! She waved and shouted “HEY!” As she walked with purpose towards him, last time they had spoken she had left him with a friendly kiss on the cheek so hoped their next encounter wouldn’t be awkward.

Guy was looking at the tree when everything happened behind his back “This Isn’t the tree I’ve asked for y-.” He was suddenly interrupted by the sweet voice of Kala.
He turned slowly, not immediately as he wished for. Confused for the presence of someone, he wasn’t sure if it was a programmed character or actually someone made of meat and bones.“K-Kala?” He walked toward her, looking the dress from head to feet “That’s… a sweet dress, Kala.” He looked now at his old but reliable and comfy Kashmir jacket. Bought three years ago for an event, those clothes were something he kinda wanted in his dress inventory as it was made from old friends. Since then, he almost always kept it for special events “Eh, I would not say that much on whatever I have on. But I like it. So you came…uh?. Ahahahah!” He nervously chuckled offering her a seat re-watching all details of the woman.
To be honest, since the experiment night, Guy wasn’t sure to be wanting to see Kala although enjoying her company. Confused by the actual situation of having a friend, he wasn’t still ready to meet the joyful officer but apparently… he forgot that the invite was sent to her too (probably without even acknowledging that unconsciously he wanted her there) and now he had mixed feelings that waved between happiness, excitement, nervousness and embarrassment.Lieutenant Freeman, Guy - Chief Counselor Officer
She took his appearance in and added “I think you look very handsome.” Kala stood now and crossed her arms, “Ofcourse I came, I haven’t seen you since I threw you into one of my science experiments because well I knew you’d want the time but Im sensing maybe you needed more time?” Knowing Guy, he was probabaly internally fighting his old self with his new self and somewhere in between trying to find out how he wanted to proceed, anyone else Kala would have told them straight but she knew he had to work things out for himself.

“N-No no!” He shouted like she was going to go out the room, which she was perhaps not “Uh… Yeah sorry, I am a bit melted for work ahah!” He acted weirdly a bit smiling “Well, to be honest… Kala I want you to know that you should not worry for whatever happened that night and how I am acting now. I loved it.” He blushed slightly “I-I kinda appreciate you’re here and it is just me. So please take a sit. Do you want something?”
‘I am an idiot to refuse that I am different now…’ a thought flew over his head ‘calm down Guy!’
And indeed he calmed down over time.
OOC: Don’t mind Guy, he’s just weirded to have a humanoid friend ;) for the rest he will adapt as he always did.
