Fayth looked around and didn’t see the CoS on the bridge at the moment. “Should I take this to the CoS in person, Ma’am?” The whole situation was new to her and she wasn’t sure of the protocol, but it didn’t feel right. And if these “guests” were up to something, shouldn’t the CoS know? And if it’s suspicious should she take it in person or just call him to the bridge? Well someone call him to the bridge. She was going to have to look up protocol for this type of thing.

Turning in her chair to face Trainor she said. “..Lt commander could you locate where the chief of security is and have them report to the bridge please?” She said.

Seeing lieutenant Fayth enter the bride, Soval mouthed a silent mantra as he raised the wards to his mind as he crossed the bridge to his seat, hoping it would bring a measure of relief to the young officer.

Fayth glanced curiously at the XO, having felt the drop in noise level. She was grateful for it, but also curious. She’d never met a Vulcan who would or could do that.

“Odd indeed....” Trainor added to Fayth’s report. “I’ve been monitoring the sensors that were aimed at our destination and I’m reading a faint… well a faint disturbance,” Tenzing announced. The Operations Officer sighed when he found that the computer couldn’t identify the readings, but sent them to the CO’s and XO’s monitors.

“The sensors can’t make heads or tails of it, and well… it’s barely even showing up.” The Lieutenant Commander added.

Trainor Operations

”..Anything on probe scans that you sent ahead? Maybe a visual report?” Drudoc queried.

Soval mentally compared the sensor readings against signatures he new of stealth ships, Orion scouts with compressed tri-titanium hulls, any number of cloaked Klingon or Romulan ships and federation forward observation ships with masking ECM. He had spent hours beyond counting staring into a scan hood looking for just such anomalies.

Drudoc reviewed the information, she agreed it was odd. “..Are our guests still in Sickbay 1?” She asked.

Once she got confirmation that they all were, Drudoc ‘hmmmed’ and then opened a comm channel. =/\= Andone to Lieutenant Marshall please respond. =/\= She said in her more usual calm ‘nothing is amiss tone’ that she used with everyone normally on her ship.

Lt. jg Fayth, CSO

=/\=Lt. Marshall here Captain, What can I do for you?=/\= Replied Hayley

Jr.Lt. Marshall CMO

=/\= Lieutenant, could you break away from any of your current duties, to go to your office? I have a....personal concern to address regarding my daughter quickly. =/\= She said. Her tone was more relaxed usually one used while off duty but addressing personal affairs not ship duty.

Drudoc Andone CO

=/\=Of course, Captain, I will head there momentarily=/\= Hayley stepped away from Biobed one and made eye contact with NE Dr. Morgan. “Alyse, would you mind finishing up this gentleman’s medical eval? I have something I need to deal with elsewhere.” Hayley made her way to her office as NE Dr. Morgan took her place. Once the doors had closed she reopened the channel.

=/\=Lt. Marshall to Captain Andone, you have my undivided attention. I am guessing this has something to do with our visitors?=/\=

Jr. Lt. Marshall, CMO

Drudoc couldn’t help but let a quirk of a smile paint her full lips at Marshall’s response, she was quick to catch on to the Captain’s unspoken message, she just had to equally hope their guests didn’t. =/\= You are right Lieutenant, it would seem Tel’eck and some others came down with a particular case of Terran Greek root worm flu, she’s fine for now though I’ll probably bring her by later for a check up with you. From talking to her she and her friends were near the shuttlebay when our guests arrive before they became sick. I’d like you to give our guests full medical work ups, and pysch evaluations. From what I understand of the flu it can cause not only physical sickness but mental instabilities too. My concern is our guests may have brought it aboard without knowing. If needed isolate them to avoid further contamination.=/\= She said, keeping up with the ruse just in case any other words might be overheard.

Drudoc Andone CO

“Looks like Lieutenant Watley is in the Shuttlebay with the Engineering staff, Captain.” Trainor responded once the computer located his bio reading. “I’ll put what I have up from the probe readings onto the viewscreen, but I didn’t find anything abnormal from that at the time.”

Trainor Operations

Drudoc nodded, “..Thank you Commander Trainor.” She said then opened another comm once she was done with Lt Marshall. =/\= Andone to Lieutenant Watley =/\= She said.

Drudoc Andone CO

=/\=Of course Captain=/\= Hayley stepped into her office. “Computer - close doors and secure this room” She then responded to the Captain again. =/\= We have privacy now so you may speak freely Captain=/\= From her knowledge such a thing as Terran Greek Root worm flu did not exist so she assumed the Captain had something up her sleeve. She also sent a quick private note to Drs Suder, Xi’indra, and NE Dr Morgan’s Padds relaying the order for full medicals and psych eval’s on their “guests” and to isolate them for “Terran Greek Root Worm Flu” Until such a time as she had more information.

Jr. Lt. Marshall, CMO

”..We suspect our guests may not be who they appear, or at least their reasons are unsound given their story. I want every test you can think of to delay their journey about the ship any further. Include the counselor if needed, hence my ‘disease’ cover. If needed get security to detain them, but try not to tip our hand that we suspect anything..” Drudoc replied.

Drudoc Andone CO

=^= Watley here =^= He responded.
