First there is the mater of a referral to the counseling department both to evaluate whether the children need services, but also for a household evaluation to be made. Lastly we have the application of negative reinforcement. Dr. Feyath offered to provide supervised work in the arboretum. If the counseling department has no objection I would be inclined to have them work a few shifts as payment for the disruption they have caused, further ‘punishment’ is up to you the parents. Might I suggest you join the children at least for a few hours this is an opportunity to shape young minds.” It was in-fact his intention to do the same.

Dinui nodded her head softly after a moment, “I think seeing each child separately then with parents is a very good idea. As for the working punishment in the arboretum I am in full agreement it will be good for character building for them and yourselves.” Soval’s solution was going to either settle the matter or it was going to force out other issues which was another point to be ready for. Either way she saw no reason not to support it. The kid’s would need to at least learn to respect one another for their daily interactions on board the ship. Unless they wanted the Captain to have to resort to having to send them to other family members or guardians off the ship to avoid further altercations. She personally didn’t think that solved things it generally made it worse but in the end it was up to the parents, herself and rest to guide the children’s behavior.

“If the parents have no objections I will turn this issue over to the counseling department for resolution.” Soval turned his mind to the root issue, Mr. Faval. His Racial prejudice and allowing it to manifest in his offspring as well as his behavior of disrespect to the Captain and her child.

”..I will of course Commander spend all free time I have with my daughter in her development. Nor do I have a problem with Tel’eck working in the Arboretum or another approved safe location for her age and skills.” Drudoc said. “..Nor do I have a problem with counseling performing a check of Tel’eck’s living enviroment.” she added.
Faval spoke then, “..If this is the decision of the Commander and counselor I too shall see it through. As will my son see his time of punishment and living area inspected if desired..” he said.

“Then Doctor if you concur this issue is now turned over to your capable hands.” Taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly. “ Captain, your presence is no longer required, the counselor and I must speak to Mr. Faval.” Tho he found he hoped she would stay.

Dinui nodded her head, “I am in full agreement with these suggestions Commander Soval,” she wondered what else needed to be discussed without the Captain being present but she would no doubt find out in due course since she had been mentioned by Soval in his wanting to continue the interview with Faval.
