“I am continually impressed by them actually. They are handling themselves admirably. My only concern is that they tend to overwork themselves. I have been making sure to remind them of the necessity for self-care. Dr. Suder is rightfully concerned. We’ve had some discussion about his situation and I think he is thinking through the input he’s gotten from everyone and trying to make some decisions. I may offer him some time off though I am not entirely sure he wants it right now. His work seems to be the only thing that takes his mind off his troubles.”

Drudoc thought a moment on the reply then nodded. “..Fair enough, I’ll trust you to manage your staff as you need too, you’ll know them best.” She said.
”..For now I’ll leave you to get to those scans, sorry to interrupt.” She said rising.

Hayley smiled, also rising. “Interrupt whenever you want Captain. Always a pleasure to speak with you.”

Drudoc nodded, “..The same to you Lieutenant. Take care.” Drudoc said rising and taking her leave.
