Hayley pulled a stool up to one of the computer consoles and sat. “Computer, begin a scan of the local space surrounding us. Look for anything that could be of a medical or biological concern for the ship and or it’s occupants.” As she sat there puzzling over recent events she had another thought. “Computer, begin a second scan as well, this time of the ship and it’s interior. Look for the same types of concerns as well as anything seeming out of place. Notify my as results come in please” Hayley knew such scans could take quite some time before results would start to come in so she began a physical walk through of the Sickbay itself.

The second scan was the first to complete =/\= No internal medical threats detected. =/\= The computer chimed merrily.

A few minutes later the external scan came up =/\= Scan complete, local stellar radiation levels are .02% higher than in the Milky Way known space. Exposure outside the ship on planetary surfaces unprotected from such radiation could require anti-radiation treatments after two days exposure. =/\= The computer reported.

“Thank you, computer,” Hayley replied. She sent a quick message to the Captain relaying the information in case any away missions became necessary.
