OOC: Ok folks sorry for the delays but lets get our next sim going!====
It was about a month later since the Ark Angel’s last mission. During this time the ship had undergone some minor refitting and restocking, as well as giving the crew all around some well earned R&R and to take in new assignments locally. Now at 1000 hours in the morning, Drudoc’s voice came over the ship wide comms to all the senior staff. =/\= Attention all crew, all senior staff report to the briefing room in 10 minutes! =/\= She said.
When the staff would arrive they would find their Romulan Commodore at the head of the briefing table with a stack of PADDs and several isolinear chips for the mission briefing to come.

Lieutenant Kyle Anders sipped at a hot expresso on his way to the Briefing Room, leaving Ensign Cortez in charge of the Security Office while he met with Commodore Andone and the rest of the senior staff. It had been an interesting month for the young Chief, not least for the fact that he and the Arkangel‘s Counsellor, Lieutenant Marlaa had gotten closer outside of their duties. The two of them liked each other’s company quite a lot, and had been going on dates steadily since the night of the costume party after their last mission. Kyle was keen to keep seeing the young woman more and more and looked forward to taking their relationship to the next level.
Arriving outside the Briefing Room to the right of the Main Bridge, Kyle straightened his uniform, popped a note-taking PaDD under his arm and stepped through the door to see the face of his CO at the head of the table, “Morning Commodore, nice day for another field trip isn’t it?”
