Once they arrive, we will do as the Commodore commanded. While we wait for them to arrive contact Starbase 243 and begin clearance protocols.” ordered Johnathan. Que Dieu ait pitié I hope, I do not screw this up to bad? I only half paid attention in class on starship command and flight operations, especially the undocking and exiting a Starbase. Just as Baptiste was making his inner thoughts run wild NE Charles would appear as well on the bridge, taking up the security and tactical station. “..Seems the lift to the bridge is busy today..” he commented while logging in.
A moment later Lis’s request for undocking came through, Starbase 243 wished them good luck.

Huffing out of the second turbolift, NE Charles Arrived, “..Sorry! Had a hold up on deck 17!” He said taking his position at the aft stations.
Johnathan sighed, Ensign Luna had yet to arrive to the bridge, “Very well begin the process of unmooring the ship and retracting the drawbridges from the ship. Ensure the outer hull ports are closed once the drawbridges are withdrawn. Notify all personnel we are about to leave port and prepare for Warp.” he stated. “Helm, once all the moorings and drawbridges are withdrawn lay in a course for System J17 and ease us out of Starbase 243.” he commanded. He finally stated “And will someone please discreetly remind Ensign Luna she is required on the bridge. Que Dieu m’aide. J’espère ne pas gâcher cela. he thought in French. And where the hell is Ensign Luna?

Demil quickly completed the requested tasks and made a ship-wide announcement that they were about to depart. He tapped through a few panels on the ops console and quietly contacted Luna’s combadge. =/\= “Ensign Luna, please report to the bridge.” =/\= “Done, sir,” Demil reported. “Helm is cleared for departure.”

Johnathan nodded his acknowledgement of Ensign Lis statement. “Helm take us out nice and steady” he ordered, still refusing to sit.

As Kaden was poking his head into the shaft to look at an item that seemed to have been making an odd noise, he heard the request from the captain for members of the ship to take up places on the bridge. He then walked over to the nearest table, then set his tools down. He looked up to see another ensign and indicated to them to look at the PADD sitting on the table and then walked out of Engineering. He then started making his way to the bridge. After a few minutes of riding the turbolift and walking, Kaden arrived at the Bridge. He walked into the door and walked over to the Engineering station on the bridge and then announced, “Ensign Buchanan reporting good at the engineering station. Awaiting further orders but everything I am looking at, is green”

With everything given the Ark Angel smoothly was freed from the docking clamps of Starbase 243’s docking station and was soon maneuvering under their own power. The NE at helm then inquired as they cleared for warp travel, “..Course set for J17, ETA at warp 6, 4 days 9 hours..” She said.
Once the order was given then the Ark Angel smoothly leapt to warp. So far things were smooth sailing as they could be....

OOC: Just trying to find things to do. I’m hoping the GM will say something.
Ensign Buchanan was doing a scan of the engineering systems from the engineering station. He wanted to make sure all the systems in place and working as expected. He always worried about the warp engine being out of sync.
