“Ask and you shall receive,” Paris replied quickly. “The crew manifest says there were only two other individuals on the ship. Ens. Mclure and Ens. Kavad seemed to be Lt. Vock’s escort,” she said loud enough for everyone to hear her reply.

Seph hovered as the medics did what was needed to stabilize the injured then moved to medical with them. She kept telling herself it was to find out what knocked them out. She was a scientist, after all. Perhaps there was something she needed to know.

Or perhaps she just needed to make sure Vock was going to be ok.

No… just the scientist’s curiosity…

“How is he,” Paris asked walking back to stand by her friend and looking don at Vock as the medics began to set up the anti-grav lifts to move the body.

Lt. Commander Paris Carisi COS

The Comm line opened and Mason’s voice came through from the Bridge. =/\= Captain, we have no other ships on sensors. Now that the shuttle is aboard we are going to resume course to Earth. =/\=

Natalie nodded to Seph “Get them to Sickbay. Keep me posted.” She said as the comms came over telling her they were getting back on course =^=Very well Commander. Best speed possible please.=^= She said feeling very tired of the nonsense and the lack of answers to so many questions.

Moments later, the vibration of the ships structural integrity field could be felt ever so slightly as the Asimov jumped to Warp.

Cmdr Black, XO

At that moment, Jazzin Lauren stepped through the doors of the shuttlebay, medkit in one hand and medical tricorder ready in the other. His dark eyes took in the room; he was surrounded by the big chiefs! “Ensign Lauren … your doctor for the day, sirs.” He didn’t smile as he made the off hand remark, as his eyes immediately travelled to the man lying unconscious on the floor. This must be his patient … and his boss.

“If I may …” Jazzin wasn’t about to stand to attention and wait to get to Lieutenant Vock. He knelt down beside the Vulcan and began scanning him. “He has some tachycardia … let’s slow his heart down first before we do anything else.” He opened the medkit, tapped at a hypospray. “10ccs of melorazine should do the trick …” He was speaking as much to himself as he was the others.

As he waited for the results to show on his medical tricorder, the young Betazoid looked around at the other officers. “What happened to him, sirs? All I got told was to get my backside to the shuttlebay right away.”

Natalie nodded to the Ensign “Take good care of them Ensign. Let me know if you learn anything.” She said as she left the shuttle bay and returned to the Bridge.

The Betazoid glanced up. “Yes, Captain.” He replied, as she left. That was his first interaction with his first ever Commanding Officer outside of the Academy … he was kinda hoping that he would have been somehow able to ‘show off’ and impress her. Such was his way.

As someone with more medical expertise than her finally knelt down by Seph to see to the Vulcan, she slid sideways a bit to make room, unaware she was still holding his hand. “I don’t know. We brought the shuttle in by tractor and they were all passed out when we forced our way in here.” She responded to the question of what happened and watched, hoping the meds would take affect. “We were just told to stabilize them and get them to medical asap.” She kept looking up at Paris as her friend kept giving her that look like Seph was pining over a lover. She glared back and stuck out her tongue. He was a fellow officer who was injured. That was all.

Honest.

OOC: hehehe

“Thanks, sir,” he said, putting his tricorder away. “We’ll get them to sickbay if you, erm,” his dark eyes glanced down to Seph’s hand, “could let go of his hand. I’ll organise a locational transport.”

His tapped his comm badge. =^=Lox to Transporter Room … erm .... 1. Please transport myself, Lieutenant Vock, Ensigns Mclure and Kavad to Sickbay; not including myself, all are patients. Lox out. =^=

=^=Doctor Lox to Sickbay. Prepare for three patients transporting in. Biobeds ready. One nurse per patient. Any duty doctor on shift to attend main Sickbay. Lox out. =^=

He glanced up as Seph stuck her tongue out at somebody, but was hardly going to be inquisitive right now and look who she was aiming it at, and as he couldn’t sense anything … “We’ll do everything we can to make sure they’re okay, Lieutenant.” He assured her. “I can hardly let anything bad happen to my boss on our first day on the ship now, can I?” He gave him a reasssuring smile.

GM: Can I/you start a Sickbay thread, please?

Alex

OOC: Alex, why don’t you go ahead and start it? I don’t think that will be an issue.

James, a.k.a Vock the VERY Lethargic

Natalie headed back to the Bridge =^=Mr. Black how far are we from earth?=^= She asked as she stepped into the turbo lift.
