OOC: Please put the repairs thread here for main engineering. I am not sure where we were, but I will pick up. GM feel free to push the thread along.

IC: After getting all the solar panels up, Riker was proud of his team. Whether or not the work our bear any fruit was still unknown.

Lt. Riker MacMoragh

“Sir, we’re getting a charge. But it’d take at least two or three days before we would have any usable power for the systems onboard to allow reasonable usde of the main computer to run on a 24 hour basis and allowing to regenerate the power to recharge during the day. Using the replicator would use the 2-3 day charge immediately, unfortunately. We were able to make the solar panels out of materials we were to re-use, thanks to Science’s help with some chemicals they found.”

Natalie nodded “Understood, we’ll try to keep things to a minimum.” She said as she turned to head back into the ship “McMoragh, let’s go see what we can do to get main power back on line.” She said running a dozen different simulations through her mind and looking at the best outcome, which none of them really had a best outcome.

“Aye, Captain” replied McMoragh as he helped sim the computer simulations.

McMoragh examined the possibilities and looked to his Engineering team.

“Do any of you have any ideas?” asked McMoragh.

Lt. (j.g.) Riker McMoragh, CE

“Maybe you should head over to the Ferengi vessel, Chief. Perhaps there is something we can savage over there.”

Thinking it was a good idea, the Chief looked at the Captain and said,

“What do you think about that idea, Captain?” asked MacMoragh.

MacMoragh, CE

Natalie nodded “That sounds good. Take a security officer with you and go see what you can find.” She said “We’ll keep working here.”

Whatever effects of the anomaly were, they apparently had some kind of instability that somehow slightly altered the timeline. The once Captain Natalie Greer had also disappeared from the crew’s minds, only recalling after the last mission that the Asimov was on, that Captain Greer decided to take a leave of absence, instead of embarking on shakedown cruise. The crew’s memories shifted as nothing was wrong, only that the Captain (OOC: yet to be named) was not yet located somewhere on the ship. Though oddly, MacMoragh started to recall that the Commander gave him his opinion and advice to proceed to the Ferengi merchant ship, instead of the Captain agreeing. MacMoragh also recalled that the Commander told that the COS would have been with the CSO, so perhaps only a security officer escort would be needed.

OOC: Is there a new thread you would like to go to?

OOC: We can continue here, if you want. You can talk with your “NE” staff to simulate dialog from me to figure out how to fix the ship.

“Lt. MacMoragh, we’ve finally cleared a path to Captain Starr’s quarters,” reported an NE excitedly, “We’re reading a faint lifesign, I think the Captain is still alive! We need hand tools to open the door or a torch to cut through the door, recommendations, sir?”

The Engineer grabbed his favorite cutting tool and said,

“Let’s go laddy, I would not lead this to anyone else.”

Riker MacMoragh, CE

OOC: I could not resist the laddy…I am going through some episodes of TOS this weeek… lol
