OOC: Seeing as most of the active threads are post-sim related, I will take this opportunity to end the sim and announce my resignation as Gamemaster.

IC:

With the ship completely fixed, and the additional power boost from the mysterious crystals purchased, the USS Asimov was ready to fly. Using their additional manufacturing capabilities, the Asimov Engineering crew managed to patch up Mr. Zenk’s ship as well, allowing it to fly as well. Utilizing the extra power, and with the cooperation of Jevek and the Science department, they figured out how to escape the planet, avoid the plasma storms, and reverse the anomaly’s effects to return back to their own universe. Those same crystals became totally inert once they arrived in their universe, and no longer showed the same properties they had in the other universe.

They had found they were missing from their own universe for half a year, and only about 3 months since their new XO had been sent on a rescue mission. Since Mr. Zenk’s ship was fixed to the point it was space worthy without warp power, he agreed that any bill he was going to send to Starfleet as settled – primarily because he had no choice in the matter. Jevek had orders to be reassigned, apparently, so he was no longer going to be staying on board, and was transferred to oversee the towing of Mr. Zenk’s ship to the nearest Starbase.

The one bonus that the Asimov had was the stock of fresh Japanese food which the crew had taken from the Japanese restaurant. And thanks to 24th century science, was well preserved… meaning the crew would be able to enjoy that chef’s excellent skills for awhile.

With that, the Asimov’s adventure into another universe ended.

GM

Thank you for all the time and work you’ve committed to this sim Jason. We wish you the best of luck in all your future sims.

I can only second that. Thank you Jason!
