ISAC was in sickbay with a very upset crewman. He was not happy that his bones were getting set by a EMH.

ISAC: stay still I am almost done.

Crewman to the nurse: so if I get hurt and need surgery who will do it.

ISAC: me or the other doctors

Crewman to the nurse: no offense but I don’t want a holographic treating me in surgery.

ISAC rolled his eyes to himself. Most of the crew were fine and open to him but a few have holographic phobia. They treat him like he tri corder not an officer a few time after treating a patient some of the days Computer DA activate EMH. ISAC only used the ships hollow matrix when his projector is charging.

Afterwords he put in the crewman’s file he’s complaint. Not sure if anything will come from it

Laural was just finishing up some clinical notes when tone from her computer alerted her a personnel complaint had been filed against a member of the crew. Wit had not served long aboard the Leviathan, but in past postings, the counseling staff had been encouraged to keep abreast of complaints filed by members of the crew is one way to keep tabs on the crews’ overall welfare. Most of the time, the complaints weren’t anything that required a counselor to get involved, but on occasion, it was helpful to be “in the know.”

In this case, Laural decided to investigate further. Perhaps she was motivated because like the holographic EMH, some people were skeptical about whether a person can find to a grav chair could really attend to their physical and mental wounds. Perhaps she sought as just another extension of her unique position of the Leviathan to care for beings that weren’t entirely understood.

Whatever the reason, she entered Sickbay in search of the EMH to learn more. “Excuse me,” Laural offered to a passing nurse, “where might I find Lieutenant ISAC?”

The lights flickered off cold air rushed in as the lights turned back on in the Center of sickbay was A plague doctor. “ I am Lt. ISAC what can I do for you Counselor”

Witley rubbed both of her arms as she felt the cold air pass by her. Puzzled, but undeterred from what brought her here, she offered, ” I received a report about a patient of yours and I wanted to discuss it. Should we get somewhere more private?” She wanted give him the option as she would any other crew member. Just because he was a bit different didn’t mean he wasn’t deserving of the same respect.

ISAC lead the way to an empty office “we can talk in here counselor” he said sounding a little annoyed.

Lt. ISAC EMH (ACMO)

Laural followed him to the office, the quiet hum of her grav-chair ever present as she moved. When the doors closed and they had sufficient privacy, she offered, “I’ve received a complaint from one of your recent patients. I know how upsetting that can be as a clinician, and I just thought I’d see if there was something I could do to help address the situation? My intention is not to take sides, but to better understand what happened.”
