Dr. Hellsing was walking the ship soon he found his why to containment. His frequency modulator was humming in the corner. This Device he made after his study the guest here are clam due it. He use to have and old Record player that was playing opera. The guest were calm it for some reason but the crew didn’t enjoy the music. The older rec player was playing on the frequency that was coming to these creatures so he made a frequency modulator to help keep them clam.

Durheim stalked the halls of the Leviathan; frowning as he watched the readout on the small monitor. He was moving closer and closer to the containment bay, and that worried him. He had heard reports of music in the bay; and that suggested one of a few items may have broken containment. Alternately, someone may be playing music.... but it was a simple matter to mitigate risk. Audio dampeners in the ears and a portable audiograph did the trick. But as he visited the cells where anomalies G-35.5654.A and G-35.4865.N were secured; he found that everything was properly in place. Relief settled in, but he left the dampers in his ears, and continued to follow the music. Better safe than dead, after all.

He followed the music into the main section, and soon thereafter found Lt. Hellsing off in a corner, working near the source of the music. Jovially, he greeted the man. “Ah, Mr. Hellsing! It has been a while, I hope you are doing well. I recieved a report of music in the containment bay, and so I am confirming that no anomalies are involved. Is that your device, and can you verify that it is not an anomaly?” Durheim’s tone was polite and friendly, though he hadn’t removed his dampeners.

Hellsing show him an old Wind up crank record player “our gusts are alittle more clam at night when I had this playing. So after I scanned a few of them I found that the record player was giving off a certain frequency so I use this machine here to replicate the frequency and now it is being generated in each cell that is giving off a calming effect for our gusts” he looks at the old record player. “ this thing has been in my family for many many years and we keep it in good shape but even when I had a hard day the music always calms me….. do you think this could be one of our anonymous“ he asked

Fascinated, Jonathan leaned closer to the seemingly innocuous (aside from it’s age) player; wondering if there was indeed something more to it. “A calming effect, you say? Well, that alone is worth investigating further…” It was indeed a very interesting prospect - depending on the strength of the effect, it could have a measurable impact on the rebuildable parts of the containment systems. Durheim was unwilling to compromise on the intervals, but if they could save time and resources on the back end well, every bit counted.

The question of the player being an anomaly made him pause. “An anomaly? Hmmmm… That is entirely possible, I suppose. For all the work we have done, we have nothing but theories and questions when it comes to their origins. At best, we have identified the sources or creation of a small handful of items, but they share no commonality. So… yes, it is possible. If nothing else, we can run some experiments to isolate the effect - see if it is restricted to a certain object, be it the player itself or the storage device - the disk; or disks perhaps. If you have time now Mr. Hellsing, let us begin immediately!” As the idea of experimentation entered his head, Durhiem’s tone switched from curiosity to near manic excitement almost instantly.
