Lance was looking over his notes and personnel reports. When he got to where he was going he looked around and saw ensign little.

He yelled out “Ensign Little follow me”

He turned and waited for little.

Dr. Hellsing
Lt. Lance Von Hellsing

“Right behind you, Chief.”

Ens Little, Eng

Hellsing took the ensign to a halodeck [0] computer run training 0001 [O] after a new second the computer said [o] program is now running enter when ready [o] Lance looked at ensign little “ your mission is this. You were called to main engineering after an explosion killed everyone in here. Power is failing on all decks and the containment deck power offline backup will fail in 20 min. Your job is to get the main power back on restore power to our critical systems and get medical teams in to save who they can. I will be spectating you” the doors open to a badly damaged Turbolift

Dr.Hellsing

Despite the CE’s lack of officership and the true intention behind this training in the middle of the main mission, Tom went to the Computer Core near the Main Engineering. He rerouted and shut down non-essential systems, such as holodecks and food replicators, to buy more time for the containment deck. And the same time he kept transporter rooms and shuttle bays for emergencies. Then, he lowered the temperature of the Main Engineering from the environmental control panel, in case the cooling system was down or any “red party” was going on. The problem was climbing tubes instead of fast-track-moving-coffin to get there.

The simulation was not much different from what he encountered at the Academy and on previous ships. He only wished he had more shipmates to work together rather than dealing with the drill lieutenant.

OCC: please stop saying I lack leader ship when this train mission is to show me what you know and don’t call me a drill lieutenant. If rude behavior continues I will have to contact the captain.

As your working a few systems start failing around you. Magnetic confinement starts failing in 10 minutes.

CE Training

OOC: Can we please all remain civil with each other when posting. I have no problem with in character disagreements, as long as it’s in line with your character’s established behaviour and all players involved are happy to write it, but there is no need for us to fall out out of character.

Lance stopped the sim training. “Ok i saw some good things and a lot of bad things. The main thing is you did not secure the core and you need to understand this is an experimental ship and the systems are new. You are a good engineer but you need to focus on the job at hand. So what do you say let’s run the simulation together and I will show you how we work”

Dr. Hellsing.
Lt. Lance Von Hellsing (CE/CA)

“Aye, Chief.” Although Little only finished the preparation phase of the simulation, he welcomed the valuable positive and negative evaluations he might face.

The simulation starts over both of them runs into the engineer area. Lance runs to the main console and starts in putting commands. “Ensign I want you to keep a eye on the both engine temperature and dilithium energy levels. When the dilithium energy gets to 23 start pumping it into the core I will work on the engine temperature. Let me know when I get it down out of the red.” Lance worked fast he knows the system well and he will teach the new ensign.

The core temperature started to go down. Soon it was out of the red and was in the yellow level and the the dilithium energy levels one up to 22.

Dr. Hellsing
Lt. Lance Von Hellsing (CE/CA)

“Aye, Chief.” Little glanced but eyes opened on the gauges. “Dilithium is now yellow, 22, and steady. Standby for the pumping sequence.” He stood fast until the green light from the Doctor.

Ens Little, Eng

As Lance worked an mechanical arm from the ceiling plugged into the core and started to pump coolant into the engine’s and the temperature for the engines went down the dilithium energy level were in the green at 25. “Now pump that energy into the core and I will cold start the engine. If magnetic confinement starts failing open the panel that is on the side that is a back up battery just plug that into the magnetic confinement system, and make sure the levels are steady.”

Dr.Hellsing
Lt. Lance Von Hellsing (CE/CA)

“Aye, Chief. Commencing pumping sequence.” Tom then visualized the battery and said, “Battery check, operational. Magnetic confinement, steady. Level green, 25. All seemed functioning, for now, Sir.” As soon as the panel showed all clear, he looked at the core and tried to listen if any noise and potential smelly leaks.
