Her hair was in a pile on her head that, at first glance, looked like a haphazard pile of curls. But upon closer inspection, was a neatly coiled bun with the loose ends coming from the center to add a bit of freeness to the auburn and brunette tresses. Her eyes looked about as she nodded to those she passed. She was new on the ship, but not new to ships. Most were all alike. Only the floor plans differed. This time, she had done her homework. Being lost on her fist ship had been enough of an embarrassing lesson that she never repeated it.Coming around the corner, she headed straight for medical with little to no hesitations at the corners. Her body brought the doors apart to allow her entrance and stepping in far enough allowed them to close behind her. As the half Betazoid looked around, she dampened her empathy. Pain was one of the strongest emotions and she wasn’t here to council or ‘listen’ to those emotions from anyone. She was here to check in and get cleared. Here, then the councilor, then the CO… that was the plan of the day. Being derailed from that path, this early in the day, was certainly NOT on her list of things to do. She tapped the shoulder of the nearest medical uniform and smiled. “Vorraye Anders here for my boarding physical. Who should I see?” She didn’t just assume the Medical Chief would be the one to see her. She was no ranking officer, merely a civilian.
