She was just… confused and it showed on her face. BUt something about him twirling with glee in his chair made her slip into a grin. She blew out a breath. “Okay, so my brain is going crazy right now, so tell you what, why don’t you tell Alex your plan and he can make sure I’m where I need to be and keep me from spiralling, okay. Because I love you Dag, and I trust you. But I have fragments and little understanding right now. and given everything lately, that’s hard for me. So this way you get to keep your surprise, and I can feel calmer that someone can shove me in the right direction. Either way, we’re getting married. I have a dress and everything. I’m going to be your woodland sprite,” she said, her grin growing. Faye was most comfortable in boots, trousers and a suede vest than a pretty dress, but their first magical date told her something important about herself and how she was around Daggum. She felt beautiful in his presence. With him she had access to another piece of herself she never knew existed.

Daggum quit spinning and then grinned at her some more. =/\= My darling soon to be wife… do you honestly think that that man would not have a hand in what is going on? I’m surprised that you haven’t picked him apart with questions already. Man… I must really distract you. =/\= he said with a wicked little look he had shared with her only when they were together in person… and alone. =/\= So we plan like we have been… and trust me… you are gonna love this. =/\=

The skeptical look she gave him was also filled with love. “So… garden wedding on the Manhattan and hope Alex resists the urge to punt me out an airlock before we make it there. Got it,” she said with a smirk.
“Oh, I also need to confirm witnesses. So, development on my end. My mom is standing for me,” she said with emphasis. “And yes, it came with a little chat that was decidedly uncomfortable for both of us. But.. it’s all good. I wouldn’t say all is forgiven, but we have an understanding, I think. Also, Gavin confirmed he, his wife Taleel and their daughter Lahala are coming. And there is Nadine as well.” She shook her in disbelief. it still was all a little surreal, though no longer triggering her anymore.
“What about you? Have you confirmed who is standing with you?”
