Technically, not only was Faye overdue for her yearly eval but she never actually had one since she boarded. Her circumstances were a little bit different given she was a Mission Specialist under a different jurisdiction. Sort of. The counsellor wouldn’t know that she was actually attached to Intelligence, though Faye was looking forward to the point where everyone just knew and took it as a fact. This double-life she was leading was grating on a deep level, but Cochrane was right that she needed to go with it for her own sake for the time being. The notice to report for evals hadn’t escaped Faye but it took her a bit longer to respond and ask for an appointment time. She was flexible.
At the appointed time, Calloway showed up at the office and rang the chime.

Rollo’s receptionist Dave greeted Calloway when she stepped into the office. “Lt, my name is Brooks. You’re just in time for your appointment with the counselor. Come this way, please.” He gestured to the inner office and the closed door. Stepping in front of her to lead the way, Dave was the first through the door. “Cmdr Rollo, your nine o’clock is here.”
Calloway gave a simple nod and followed Brooks to the office. Taking a deep breath, she tried her best to ease the nerves that were surfacing, knowing that especially when she was anxious, she didn’t always say the things she meant to. Sometimes. Other times it was very much what she meant but probably shouldn’t* be said, Ah well, such was her life.
Faye would step into an office decorated in shades of gray and rose, to see a very pale, delicate looking woman sitting behind the desk among PaDDs and other paraphernalia. She stood when she saw Calloway. “Good morning, Lt. Why don’t you have a seat over there? May I offer you something to drink?” Zef pointed to the seating area that contained a couch and two comfy chairs.

The standard deal: beverages and a choice of seating. All designed, if not consciously to tell the counsellor something about her. Faye didn’t care really, and in a way it was a familiar routine. “Coffee please, black,” she said as she beelined for one of the chairs.

Rollo made her way to the seating area after a quick pass by the replicator. She set a steaming cup on the coffee table for Calloway and took her own to the couch where she made herself comfortable on one end.
“Your personnel and medical records read more like a holo novel than those of a Starfleet officer. I must say you’ve had an interesting and varied life up to this point. In general, how are you feeling about your assignment here on the Manhattan?”
