BJ had a plan. He was going to surprise his wife. His was simple as bringing dinner. But, he was going to do it in a creative way. He got a chef’s outfit and a cart. He brought the cart up to the bridge. BJ rolled it up to the door of the ready room and rang the chime.“Room service for Captain Zohari.”

she came to the door completely confused and opened it to see her husband dressed up as a chef and had the whole 9 yards she brought a palm to her face and she was laughing “You, my love are Crazy” she said before moving to the side so he could come in
BJ wheeled the cart inside. She couldn’t play along with his ruse. But, he had come to expect that. She could be a no nonsense person at times. “Would you expect anything else from me?” He was his ying to her yang. “I love you too, Captain.”

She smiled once the door was closed behind them she walked over to him and wrapped her arms around him kissing him deeply “I don’t deserve such a loving and devoted husband such as you!”she said after breaking the kiss happily

He, so, wanted to continue playing the role he was trying to play. But, her kiss always left him in a little bit of a haze. He would at least try. “And would your devoted husband mind you kissing a member of the support staff?” He asked hoping that she’d play along. If not, he’d stop. They had food to eat and things to discuss.

“Come on honey it’s sweet you doing this for me but you know I don’t understand this human ‘Role play’ thing” she said as she started looking at what her husband had made for them to eat

He knew that she didn’t always understand the human things. But he tried. There was the food that he had brought. BJ had brought various types of sushi, some noodles with vegetables and a couple of cups of saki. He hoped he brought something that his wife would like. “How’d I do?

It looks fantastic darling” she said smiling making herself a plate of food then she went to the small couch she had in her readyroom and motioning to BJ to grab some food and join her

BJ grabbed a plate. He put some noodles and a few pieces of sushi on his plate. He took a fork. He placed himself beside his wife. He held up his fork. “Can’t use chopsticks.” He took some of the noodles to eat. “But, noodles are always good.”
BJ waited to finish his plate before bringing up what he wanted to speak to his wife about. He knew it was something she didn’t want to discuss that much, but he would try. This would be a subject his wife has had a problem with for awhile. “You know, you’re ducking our talk about kids.”

she was just taking a drink when he brought up their conversation about kids and due to the suddenness of it she began to choke after coughing and overcoming it she said “Hey now I am not ducking it What about Lilith…You know I have not been the best mother for her and now she’s staying with Jade’s parents which makes it even more awkward having an admiral judging you for not raising your own kid!” she said “And before you ask Yes I talked to Lilith about it last time I talked to her she actually was excited about the idea of being a big sister so you have back up in the argument” she said being honest with him “And I to be further honest Yes Andorians do have an excuse since our species is very hard pressed to keep our population up so its not like i would have to explain anything…but i just…I don’t know” she said sitting back clearly flustered because she was constantly arguing with herself on the topic as well

This is why he didn’t like bringing this subject up. His wife constantly put herself down. He didn’t think she was a poor parent at all. She was there when her daughter needed her. It was both of them who decided to send Lil to Jade’s mother. “And has the Admiral actually said anything about that. If not, then don’t worry about it.” He came closer and wrapped his arm around her. “You’re not the only one. I’m nervous too. But, if you’re not comfortable I am willing to wait til you are.”

She enjoyed his embrace “No not directly but even still I can see it in her eyes…” Tralla said “Let me think about it…I…I do want another shot at being a proper mother not one who was away and not part of her child’s life for most of it…” she said turning and giving him a deep passionate kiss

Had she already made her decision? Did she want to start now? He would not stop her. He rather enjoyed this side of her. He just allowed himself to enjoy his wife’s passion.
