How surreal is it to see the Athena from the inside, once again whole and able, driving them through space? Isabel thought it to be incredibly surreal. She shook her head, trying to displace the memory of the ship coming down in a blaze of glory, a past that never happened. No matter… she retained the memory of it anyway. Maybe integrating the other version of her had been a bad idea, but then Izzy was just not one to second guess herself if she could help it. She knew that led to a great deal of trouble mentally.
As she walked into the Lounge, she smiled to see it bustling as always. Talk was had perhaps more than usual here with so many stories to tell from this last mission. She walked to the bar and ordered a synthehol whiskey. Now would be a good time to people watch.
