Darn, he had to upp his game with this one. He gave an easy laugh. “Haha, true, yeah I’d have to do that first. I guess in my daydreams such details get overlooked.” he joked.

“It happens,” Janna said with a grin. “What is it about flying that appeals to you?” There was definitely something guarded there underneath the facade of joviality, but that meant nothing necessarily, nor did she always feel the need to pounce on something just because it was there. Therapists all had their own style and hers was to let the client led the way while she made sure to call them on BS when it came up.

Janna smiled and simply nodded. “Have you had a chance to explore the ship much? First impressions?” she asked, shifting her position to cross her legs at the knee.

His eyes followed the motion. “Not much yet, no. Probably the same as most… that it’s a very big ship. I saw it has a pool.” he chuckled humourless. “Wish it had a hottub instead.” he said and shrugged with a smile.

Janna grinned slightly. “Yeah, only department heads and command staff get that particular perk. But any of the other interesting features appeal to you?” She understood the why of his remark and would likely even bring it up, but for the moment she was going to follow a particular line of thought.

He grinned shortly. “Well what doesn’t appeal on this ship. Three sickbays, two arboretae, a recreation area and gym with a pool table and so much space, it’s quite luxurious against the smaller ships in the Fleet.” he said.
