“Well, Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore,” Janna muttered. There were no good options here and it was becoming evidently clear as time went on that nothing here was what it seemed. Yes, it appeared to be a Borg ship, but the rest of it didn’t fit and she didn’t trust any of it. With an exhale, she veered to the right and headed towards the party.

As they headed down the corridor towards the sounds of the party, the panther stopped and seemed to relieve himself on a nearby bulkhead before catching up to Janna. The sound of the approaching Borg behind her seemed to get softer as they advanced.

The sound of music became more distinct as they got closer. It was hard rock music, in the style of AC/DC or KISS. As they approached the sound of music, the scenery abruptly changed, from Borg ship to the center floor of a large stadium concert. Up on the center stage in the center of the arena was the band. On stage, there was a Borg Klingon on drums, A Fferengi drone on bass, a Vulcan with long hair on lead vocal and a Tellerite borg on Guitar. All around the stage were lots of different people dancing, some borg, some not. There was dancing borg, dancing with non-borg. Janna could see Andorians and Vulcan’s making out, A female Tellerite groupie sitting on the shoulders of a Klingon warrior screaming to the music.

She surveyed the scene with more than a little bit of surprise. This was not what she had expected, clearly, but what was this place? Clearly wherever they were didn’t follow linear rules of time or reality, but that wasn’t a huge clue in the diversity of the Multiverse. “All we need are some flying monkeys, a wizard and a yellow brick road,” she murmured.

The Panther paused at the sudden shift in scenery. Her her stood on end, freezing here in place. She was confused.

Janna glanced down and exhaled. “Yeah, me too. Let’s not be complacent, alright?” she said as she moved forward carefully. Observation was her thing, her raison d’etre, and so Kingston moved forward, looking carefully at each person and she could see and trying to make sense of what was actually going on. It looked like a great party, but by far the strangest one she had ever encountered.
