“It’s been so quiet that I’m absolutely certain they have a plant, because otherwise I’d be picking up them trying to find out what we know and I’m not” He sighed, “That’s why I’m thinking if we let them know that we’re on to them and are actively feeding them misinformation then they might step up their efforts and so expose themselves”.

She nodded. “Okay, so we’re back to me pinging Eliza’s name. So I will do that, but before I do, you and Konral need to discuss the situation. I’m not pining that name without us being fully ready.” Her fingers tapped on her thigh with restless energy. Finally they were going to make a move and there was a certain thrill that came with the situation. However, she was acutely aware of the stakes and the possible innocent lives that could be aught in the crossfire- something she was desperate to avoid.

“Do you want to call him in now?” Stark asked quietly, “and should it be you or I who coordinate our other “assets” aboard ship?”

She considered this for a moment and nodded. “I’ll call him. And for now, I will deal with our helpers. It’s easier that way, but honestly, I’ve no idea. too many people know about this already simply due to former crew of theirs being on board. Rotten luck on my part, but we’ll deal with it. “
Ghubari had two options: call him over the comm, or do it more discreetly . Given everything so far, she opted for discreet. Konral? Are you free yet? Commander Stark and I are discussing the Conclave matter and it would be good for you to be here too to work out ship’s security together. We’re in our quarters. Being able to communicate telepathically with one’s spouse did make life easier on a starship.

On my way. Konral said as he set up from his his desk as he made his way out to head to them.
Few moments later Konral paged first to give the warning he was entering in. “I feel like we are having a slumber party…” he said as he looked at the two as he came in.
