The Calypso landed on the Athena’s deck and Thollin began shutting down its systems and securing it. He had finally arrived at his new ship, but not in the way that he’d planned. Taking a final look over the ship’s systems, he stepped out through the access hatch and onto the Athena’s deck.

Stepping out of the turbolift, the captain appeared with something of a casual swagger. “Well that was fun!” she said with a mock cheery tone.”

Luka scratched her nose as she greeted Ghubari. “Any clue on how to go back home, Captain??”

“I suspect that others hold the key. We’ve new arrivals, yes? Let’s all have a chat, shall we/” she said heading for her ready room.

She commed the recent arrivals to meet them in the ready room. They didn’t know who these folks were or how they’d joined them in the Mirror Universe.

Luka, XO

The first to arrive in the Ready Room was Starbase Commander Stone who was swearing sulpurously about the fact that he’d been suckered into this journey and that Keiko had knocked him out and then beamed to the planet below, escaping justice for all her meddling. Where his mirror doppleganger was he had absolutely no idea.

Fl. Captain Koraia, CO

OOC: Returning us to the bridge. I’m going to assume that (for the sake of brevity), our guests have returned back to their ships and we have done at least a cursory check for unexpected quantum signatures on the ship.
IC:
People began to emerge from the ready room a few minutes later and Ghubari was not far behind her XO and Niles. “Do we have the adjustments in place?” she asked, moving to the centre seat. “If so, signal to the Enterprise and Excalibur that we’re ready to go and they can do their thing.” She glanced at Commodore Stone. “You know Commodore, I’m kind of put out. Your presence here ruins my big entrance,” she said with a tiny hint of a smirk.

Fl. Captain Koraia, CO

Stone harrumphed but his eyes glinted with humour, “You’ll get your grand entrance Captain, by now the Starbase will be in a fit of apoplexy wondering where the hell I am as well as the Athena, this will be one for the history books, at this rate you’ll suplant Kirk”.

On screen Excalibur, Enterprise and Eddington’s ship moved into a triangular formation around the wormhole coordinates.

Luka was quiet, moving over to give a cursory glance over the science station, just to have something to do in the moment.

Va’rek came onto the bridge and took one of the secondary engineering stations for the later half of his shift.

Thollin had been sort of disappointed when he learned that the three mirror universe vessels were going to initiate the deflector pulse. He had parked himself near the operations station, hovering over the officer and helping with some minor modifications to the ship’s inertial dampeners. He wanted this ride through the wormhole to be a lot smoother than his first.

Thollin, Eng.

Having a look over Thollin’s shoulder, Va’rek casually remarked “The inertial dampeners should be balanced against the structural integrety field frequency modulation, if you modify one, you must modify the other.”
